VODAFONE

I was a Product Design Lead on the My Vodafone app, used by over 45 million customers across 14 European markets. I aligned teams and systems to deliver consistent, scalable experiences that adapted to local needs

My impact

01

I was the design lead on a project to consolidate 14 fragmented, overlapping apps into a simplified, single app approach.

The result was a more coherent experience that significantly reduced future design and build debt and improved consistency and experience for users, launched in 2025

02

I led the design of a Vodafone marketplace, integrating partner-led commerce into the exiting Vodafone customer app

We successfully launched in Spain and Turkey in BETA, massively expanding the product's commercial scope, without breaking the current experience and servicing requirements for users.

03

I led the design to create a modular layout that  kept consistency across countires, whilst allowing local customisation for specific use market needs.

Through cross-market testing and iteration, I defined scalable patterns that maintained clarity while flexing for local needs. The result was a more unified product experience, designed once and used for many.

Testing across 14 markets showed clear improvements in comprehension, consistency, and ease of use.

I worked alongside product and engineering teams to align on shared patterns, user needs, and market differences.

I focused on creating clear, scalable experience frameworks that could flex across multiple regions while maintaining consistency.

I used data, feedback, and iteration to refine patterns and ensure they worked across all markets, and use cases.
